As of only a few hours ago, I have officially begun Wilton Cake Decorating Course 3! This is THE class... the biggun! In this class we will lead up to our final challenge... a tiered wedding cake! Woopee!
For Christmas, Santa gave me one of my most favorite gifts:
I love this book! The only thing that I find tricky... all the cake recipes are scaled to make giant cakes!? I tried to cut the recipe in half. I do NOT recommend this! It just did not work out. So, I need to do some practice. I learned that my father will be married in April, so... of course, I have offered to make a cake. I have a few months to get some practice in beforehand.
